- Schedule a time with a Mist & More professional to come out to your property and answer any of your questions and for them to recommend coverage for your property and give you a specific price.

Schedule Installation:
- After you have had time to review the quote and have decided to move forward, you can electronically remit the deposit online or accept the quote and indicate that the check is being mailed in and once received, we will assign you an installation date to begin the install. Most jobs take 1 or 2 days but they can take up to a week or more on larger jobs.
Once the installation is finished, plan a party and have some friends over to enjoy your new space without the nuisance of Biting Bugs or the Florida Heat.

We are by far the most experienced providers of outdoor cooling and mosquito misting solutions. Over the years, there have been several imitators, but no duplicators of our success. Many garage-based start-ups have come and gone, while we have stood the test of time through our commitment to quality products and customer service.

A) General FAQs
No. Mist and More is not part of a franchise. We are an Independent Small Business with a few employees that answer our own calls and call our own shots. No call centers or corporate middle men between US and YOU. Before I purchased the business in 2012, the previous owner dabbled with the idea of starting a franchise, but since I have owned the company, we have not pursued the franchise business model.
Systems cost, on average, around $5,000 +/- $1k for the average home in a standard neighborhood. Estate homes and properties can be significantly higher in cost, while smaller homes and patios can be as little as around $3k. It all depends upon the area that you are interested in covering. The price is based upon the number of nozzles used. And every quote is a custom quote. After you click the button on the right, and fill out your address and contact information, I will try to give you a call to setup a time to come out and answer any questions you may have, and to provide you with a custom quote. Then you can decide if you would like to make a deposit and schedule an installation.
Our Policy is to require a 50% Deposit to reserve a time for an installation. Once the Deposit has been received, we will evaluate our installation calendar and send you a text message with an estimated installation date.
This installation date is subject to change based upon weather, manufacturing delays or customer requests and timing.
Generally we try to be as flexible as possible, but you will not need to be home for the installation to occur and our installations do not require us to enter into the home either. The installation can occur while you are out of town if need be.
You will receive an invoice for your order which will be emailed to the email address we have on file and can be viewed on our Customer Portal as well as any and all transactions on your account.
If you sign up for the Monthly Service Plan, you will receive an email each month before the payment is due for the service. If you sign up for Automatic Payments, the charge will be automatically withdrawn on the 1st of the month, and you will be sent an email confirming the charge. This Activity is available for review through the Customer Portal as well.
In order to put a Mosquito Misting System or a Cool Misting System in, we will need a hose bib located near the location of the equipment, an available power outlet (with 10 – 15 amps of power available per system) and optimally, WiFi coverage if there will be remote management of the system.
Our Mosquito Misting systems come with a 6 month Customer Satisfaction Guarantee that the system will perform as specified and that you will get the coverage and protection you were looking for – or we will take the system back and give you your money back.
Subject to your making us aware of your dis-satisfaction with the performance of the system within the first 60 days, and your continued cooperation with us in our attempts to fix any problems.
Everything we install comes with a 1 year manufacturers warranty.
In addition to the manufacturers warranty, if we are maintaining the system under our Monthly Service Program, there may be an additional warranty provided by Mist and More during the Life of our Service. Refer to the Terms and Conditions of our Monthly Service Plan.
This is an outdoor product and system and wear and tear and depletion from use is a normal occurrence and we budget and plan for those items in our Monthly Service Plan and are regularly replacing pieces of the system throughout the life of the system, at no additional cost to you.
